Customize Automatic Task Creation
Prevent the Sales Engagement automatic task creation feature from generating tasks from Voice calls.

Sales Engagement must be enabled for this feature to be visible.
By default, if the Sales Engagement automatic task creation feature is enabled, all outgoing calls generate associated tasks. This action allows you to customize which calls generate tasks by limiting auto-creation to calls initiated from Sales Engagements, To Do List, and Work Queue.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Amazon Setup or Partner Telephony Setup, depending on your telephony model.
- Turn on Limit Automatic Task Creation.
