After you turn on phone number masking, all phone numbers appear in Omni-Channel views, call recordings, and transcripts as “Masked Number.” The only phone numbers that aren’t masked are ones used in rep-to-rep calls managed by partner telephony providers.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Amazon Setup or Partner Telephony Setup, depending on your telephony model.
  2. Turn on Mask Phone Numbers.
