            Add the Einstein Email Summaries Component to a Record Page

            To let service reps generate and view the email summaries, add the Einstein Email Summaries component to the record page in the console.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To customize action layouts and page layouts: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, go to the Lightning App Builder .
            2. Edit the Lightning page you use for cases. If you don’t have this kind of page in Lightning App Builder, you can create one. See Create an App Home Page with the Lightning App Builder and Create and Configure Lightning Experience Record Pages.
            3. Drag the Einstein Email Summaries component onto the page layout.
            4. Click Save.
