To create and manage queues, first, set up locations and sublocations for your
business. We recommend creating a location for the physical address of your facility. Then, use
sublocations to designate spaces within your business that require their own queue, like a lobby
or cafe.

User Permissions

To create Locations:
Admin or Facility Manager permission set license
To get started, we recommend creating a location for your physical address.
From Setup, choose New Location.
Enter a name for the location.
Select or enter the type of location.
In Visitor Address, provide addresses based on locations or accounts.
Enter the longitude and latitude of the location and, if necessary, enter driving
directions.
Provide the location time zone.
If the location is part of a chain, provide a parent location.
Save your changes.
Add Queues to Locations After you establish locations and sublocations, create queues to manage the customer flow.
