          Deploy CRM Analytics Industry Apps and Prebuilt Apps

          CRM Analytics templated apps give you a fast way to get started with your analytics journey. Create an app from a template to get ready-made dashboards and KPIs that your team can use out of the box or customize to meet your needs.

          Required Editions

          Available with CRM Analytics, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.

          CRM Analytics templated apps can speed up your organization’s time-to-value. Instead of building visualizations yourself, create templates that do the heavy lifting for you. You can create an app from a template with just a few clicks or answer questions in a handy configuration wizard. Templated apps can also be installed automatically when you install managed packages. Many apps are also designed for desktop and mobile devices.

          There are two main types of templated apps.

          • Industry Apps - Start working faster with tailored apps, dashboards, and KPIs, designed with best practices for specific departments and industries. Uncover actionable insights tuned to your business. Quickly collaborate and confidently act on predictions and prescriptive recommendations for better business results.
          • Prebuilt Apps - CRM Analytics templated apps provide a fast way to get started with your analytics journey. Create an app from a template for ready-made dashboards and KPIs that your team can use out of the box or customize to meet your needs.

            Follow these general procedures when you create Apps from any CRM Analytics Template. Before you create an app, see the help for the CRM Analytics Template you want to use for requirements and instructions specific to that template.
          • Monitor, Update, and Delete Auto-Installed Apps
            Templated CRM Analytics apps are automatically installed in Salesforce orgs via managed packages.
