Profile Explorer in Data 360

Get a complete view of a unified profile for an account or individual for purposes such as validating unified profile data and checking for discrepancies. Customers can deploy a set of Lightning apps to customize and expand the experience.

Unified profile information for the unified account or unified individual you select is shown in a dashboard view created from Lightning apps. Customize the profile explorer’s individual view by configure the Lightning apps to show the data most relevant to your Data 360 users.

• Data 360 Profile Related Records—Shows up to 10 fields from a unified data model objects related to the unified individual. This component can be added to the Contact record home page.
• Data 360 Profile Insights—Shows a measure from a selected Calculated Insight with a single dimension. This component can be added to the Contact and Lead record home pages.
• Data 360 Profile Engagements—Shows records from related unified engagement data model objects in the Activity area. This component can be added to the Contact and Lead record home pages.
• CDP Details Panel—Shows selected fields from the unified individual object in up to 4 columns.
• CDP Highlights Panel—Shows selected fields from the unified individual object in up to 2 columns under a custom section title.

• View Unified Profiles in Profile Explorer
  Unified Account and Unified Individual profiles are shown in Profile Explorer. You can search for them by attributes or related attributes.
• Data 360 Unified Profile Lightning Apps
  Display data about unified profiles on certain pages using Lightning apps. In the Profile Explorer, the Data 360 Unified Profile Lightning apps are used to display data on the unified individual profile record page.
