            Create a Dialog from an Einstein Conversation Mining Report

            Create a bot dialog based on a contact reason directly from Einstein Conversation Mining.

            Required Editions

            1. Select a report and click the summary name of a topic.
            2. Select some excerpts, and then click Create New Dialog.
            3. Select whether to create an intent or add to intent.
              1. If you select to create an intent, choose whether to create an intent set or add to an intent set. Then, select or add your intent set, and include details about your new intent.
              2. If you choose to add to an intent, select the intent set and intent.
            4. Select the bot name and bot version, and give the bot dialog a name.
            5. Click Finish.

            Selecting to add a dialog to an active bot version creates an inactive version of the bot. After the dialog wizard is complete, go to the new inactive version to view your changes and activate the bot to test it.
