Create a Data Stream with TotalConnect in Marketing Cloud Intelligence

You can upload data manually, automatically using FTP, or an email address, or by scheduling an update with a technical vendor.

Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To upload data: Admin

When uploading data, be aware of the data limits:

  • Direct upload—40 MB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
  • Email—30 МB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
  • Import—500 GB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
  • FTP—500 GB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
  • The timeout for a file retrieval from the provider is 55 minutes
  • The timeout for the file processing is 120 minutes
  1. From the Connect & Mix tab, select Data Streams, and then Data Streams List.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Click TotalConnect.
  4. To upload a file, drag it to the center of the page.
  5. To use a technical vendor, select the technical vendor from the list.
  6. To use a template, click Use Template.
