Before you begin, follow the steps in Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
Note Don’t skip the
steps for setting up Data 360.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Permission Sets.

In these permission sets, click Manage Assignments, and then
click Add Assignments.
- Einstein Field Service User: Assign this permission set to all Field Service Einstein users, including admin and mobile users.
- Prompt Template Manager: Assign this permission set to users who create and manage prompt templates in Prompt Builder.
- Prompt Template User: Assign this permission set to end users who access and run prompt templates.
