The Salesforce Scheduler standard flow templates walk users or customers through scheduling, modifying, and canceling appointments.

| Flow | Purpose |

| Add or Modify Service Appointment Attendees | Walks a user through adding, modifying, or deleting a service appointment attendee record from a group service appointment. |
| Book Appointment from Invitation | Walks a user through scheduling an appointment with the service resource (employee or contractor) or the asset that's selected in the shared appointment invitation URL. Launch this flow from the appointment invitation URL, which is created by using the Generate Appointment Invitation flow. |
| Create Waitlist | Walks a user through creating a waitlist (virtual queue) with one or more work types and service resources for a service territory. Launch this flow from the Waitlist tab. |
| Enroll or Unenroll Service Appointment Attendees | Walks a user through enrolling or unenrolling a service appointment attendee from a group service appointment. |
| Generate Appointment Invitation | Walks a user through creating an appointment invitation with one or more service resources (employees or contractors) or assets. Add and launch this flow from a service resource record page. |
| Inbound Cancel Appointment | Walks an authenticated customer through canceling an appointment. Add and launch this flow from an Experience Cloud site or a website. |
| Inbound Modify Appointment | Walks an authenticated customer through modifying an appointment. Add and launch this flow from an Experience Cloud site or a website. |
| Inbound New Appointment | Walks an authenticated customer through creating an appointment with one or more employees. Add and launch this flow from an Experience Cloud site or a website. |
| Inbound New Guest Appointment | Walks an unauthenticated or guest customer (a lead or prospect) through creating an appointment with one or more employees. Add and launch this flow from an Experience Cloud site or a website. |
| Modify Guest Service Appointment | Walks an unauthenticated or guest customer (a lead or prospect) through modifying or canceling a service appointment. Add and launch this flow from a link in the email notification template. |
| Outbound Modify Appointment | Walks a user through modifying an outbound appointment. Launch this flow from a service appointment record page. |
| Outbound New Appointment | Walks a user through creating an outbound appointment with one or more employees (service resources) and a customer or a prospect. Launch this flow from an account, case, opportunity, or lead and referrals record page. |
| Pay for Service Appointments | Walks a user through paying for their service appointments. For outbound appointments, a payment link is generated. For inbound appointments, a payment page is shown so the user can enter payment details. |
| Reassign Multiple Service Appointments | Walks a user through reassigning multiple service appointments of a service resource to other service resources. Launch this flow from the Service Appointments tab or a service resource’s record page. |
| Send Appointment Invitation to Actionable List Members | Walks a user through creating an appointment invitation for internal and credentialed external users, and sends that invitation to the selected members of the actionable list. |
| Set Payment Rates | Walks a user through setting prices for service appointments. Launch this flow to set the rate card for the selected work types and service territories. |
