Cost-Effective Alternative for Creating Service Resources

Cost-Effective Alternative for Creating Service Resources

Salesforce Scheduler is an add-on based product. It requires a base license, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning CRM, or Platform Starter, to operate. If you’re looking for a cost-effective alternative to these base licenses, try the Platform Starter license, a license with limited capabilities. Assign the Lightning Platform Starter license and the Salesforce Scheduler add-on to users, such as sales associates and healthcare providers, who don’t schedule their own appointments. Users, such as customer service representatives, community users, or guest users, can create service appointments for these service resources.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
