Experience Cloud Site User Account Ownership Limitations

Consider these limitations when assigning ownership of accounts to external users.

          • Owners of accounts with users who have role-based licenses, such as Customer Community Plus, Partner Community, or a legacy portal license, can own up to 50,000 accounts.
            Note
Note A role-based license is a license that allows users be assigned a role in Salesforce.
          • The 50,000 accounts can be any combination of person accounts, and business accounts that are enabled for account role optimization (ARO) and have one user per account. Only business accounts with ARO enabled count against this limit.
          • If the Salesforce user needs to own more than 50,000 accounts, admins can configure them as person account owner power users.
          • Salesforce Customer Support can increase the number of accounts if necessary.
