Partner Relationship Management Analytics
Every release, an automated process delivers the latest collection of predesigned Partner Relationship Management (PRM) reports and dashboards to your org. Channel managers can use PRM reports and dashboards to see key metrics on partner performance and activity. Channel managers can also build their own reports and dashboards using custom report types for PRM objects. To give access, Salesforce admins must first share PRM reports and dashboards folders with channel managers. If any analytics features are missing, Salesforce admins can generate the most recently released versions manually.
| Available for channel managers in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer Editions with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. You must have at least one PRM add-on license. |
