          Sales Cloud for Slack Notification Flows Reference

          Sales Cloud for Slack notifications are sent using Flow Builder. When you turn on Sales Cloud for Slack, we add a flow to Salesforce for each Sales Cloud for Slack notification. First, review the available notifications and choose the ones that you want to activate for your Sales Cloud for Slack users. Next we show you how to activate the flows that you chose.

          Important Check for updates to flows regularly, because flows you use sometimes require cloning and reactivating to take advantage of updates.

          Where Notifications Are Sent

          Send Slack Notification for Approaching Opportunity Close Date

          The close date for an opportunity that you own is in 7 days.

          Reminders are sent to the Sales app Messages tab. Only the user who owns the record sees the reminder.

          Send Slack Notification When Opportunity Next Step is Unchanged

          The next step for an opportunity that you own hasn’t been changed in 30 days.

          If setting up the notification Send Slack Reminder When Opportunity Next Step is Unchanged, you must enable Opportunity Field History for the opportunity Next Step field.

          The stage for an opportunity that you own hasn’t been changed in 30 days.

          Someone updated an opportunity amount, close date, or stage.

          Someone created or updated a field on an opportunity that has a probability greater or equal to 50, and an amount greater than $0.

          The Deals to Watch notification flow is customizable from Flow Builder. Change the Probability field percentage and the Amount field number to make those notification triggers useful for your company.
