          Activate Sales Cloud for Slack Notifications​​ in Flow Builder

          After you choose the Sales Cloud for Slack notifications that you want to set up for your users, here’s how you activate them in Flow Builder.

          Note Avoid changing Sales Cloud for Slack flows when you save a copy of the templates during notification setup. Editing a flow setting can prevent a notification from firing, or cause the notification text to mismatch the notification behavior. However, the feed channel flow Deals to Watch is customizable.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. In the Flows list view, click the flow to view its template.
            Remember not to change notification flows, except for the Deals to Watch flow. You can change the Probability field percentage and the Amount field number to make those notification triggers useful for your company. The default probability trigger is greater or equal to 50, and an amount trigger is greater than $0.
          3. Click Save As to save a copy of the flow that you can use.
            Use a name and description that helps you remember which notification the flow is for. Otherwise it can get lost easily! We recommend using the same name as provided in the template so your flows are easy to find again.
          4. From the flow that you saved, click Activate.
          5. If setting up the Send Slack Reminder When Opportunity Next Step is Unchanged notification, you must enable Opportunity Field History. Enabling Opportunity Field History triggers the notification for the opportunity Next Step field and sent to users. You can enable opportunity field history from the Object Manager. Go to the Opportunity page and click the Fields & Relationships tab. Then click Set History Tracking. Last, enable Opportunity Field History for the opportunity Next Step field.

          All reminders that you activated are now set up for app users. Reminders are sent directly to users in the Message tab of the Sales Cloud for Slack app.
