Learn About Member Engagement Widgets

The Member Engagement Widgets templates in Loyalty Management can be cloned and customized by using Loyalty Widget Designer within the Loyalty Management app or by using OmniStudio’s FlexCard Designer. Each widget template has personalized content and design. Modify the content and the design as per your requirements.

• View Transaction History Widget Template
  The View Transaction History widget shows members the most recent transactions. The widget provides the flexibility to show members a set of transactions in the compact view. Members can expand the widget to view more of their recent transactions.
• Refer Friends Widget Template
  Members can use the Refer Friends widget template to refer their friends and family to join the loyalty program. The widget lets members share their referral code across their social media accounts.
• View Member Profile Widget Template
  The View Member Profile widget template lets members view their current points balance, their current tier, and their membership number. The widget also consists of a logo that you can replace with your company logo or your loyalty program’s logo.
• Join Loyalty Program Widget Template
  The Join Loyalty Program widget template lets your customers join your loyalty program. Customers can fill up a simple form within the widget and join your loyalty program.
• View Active Vouchers Widget Template
  The View Active Vouchers widget template lets members see the vouchers that they can redeem. Members can also view the name, description, expiration date, and code of their redeemable voucher. The widget also enables members to copy the code of the widget. The widget doesn’t show expired vouchers and the vouchers that members have already redeemed. The widget displays vouchers based on their expiration date, with the voucher with the nearest expiration date listed first.
• Remind About Expiring Points Widget Template
  The Remind About Expiring Points widget template lets members view the number of points about to expire and the date that the points are set to expire on. The widget shows members the points set to expire for their non-qualifying currency. If a loyalty program has two non-qualifying currencies, then the expiring points of the primary currency are shown.
• View Member Badges Widget Template
  The View Member Badges widget template lets members view the badges currently assigned to them. The widget displays badges based on their start date, with the badge with the nearest start date listed first.
• View Member Benefits Widget Template
  The View Member Benefits widget template lets members view the tier benefits and personalized benefits that have been assigned to them. The widget displays benefits alphabetically based on the name of the benefit.
• Select Member Benefits Widget Template
  The Select Member Benefits widget template can be used to let members select benefits from the ones available to them. Loyalty program managers can decide the benefits to be made available on the widget, for selection by the members.
• Join Promotion Widget Template
  The Join Promotion widget template lets members join a promotion. Loyalty program managers can choose the promotion that is shown on the widget.
• View Cumulative Promotion Progress Widget Template
  The View Cumulative Promotion Progress lets members view their progress towards achieving the target of an engagement attribute. The widget also contains a button that redirects members to your shopping site.
