Use CRM Analytics in Education Cloud to create and embed customized dashboards in the app consoles for directors, recruiters, reviewers, admissions officers, and advisors. Education Analytics works seamlessly with existing Education Cloud features, enabling institutions to improve processes and learner metrics. Analytics dashboards and institutional key performance indicators (KPIs) provide insights into recruitment, admissions, learner engagement, and student success.

  The Admissions Insights dashboard provides admission officers insights to monitor the overall health of the admissions pipeline and analyze the application distribution based on stages, programs, and academic year to strategize the engagement plan.
• Recruitment Insights
  The Recruitment Insights dashboard provides recruiters insights into the candidate recruitment pipeline and the status of RFIs to analyze recruitment status, prioritize prospects, and schedule appointments effectively.

  The Advisor Insights dashboard provides insights to monitor student care plan programs, alerts, and advisor appointments. Use the dashboard to analyze the care plans that need immediate attention and assess the utilization rate of advisor appointments.

  Use the Learning Programs and Course Insights dashboard to gain insights into the efficiency of an institution's learning programs, application processes, and faculty management.
• Alumni Insights
  The Alumni Insights dashboard provides alumni coordinators or managers insights to monitor the overall health of the alumni program and to identify opportunities for engagement.
