Assign Action Plans Assignments to OmniStudio Applications Forms
After you create an application form with OmniStudio, use a flow to assign Action Plan Assignments based on the information that applicants enter into the form. We provide a sample flow to get you started. The sample flow associates the following Action Plan Templates to an Application.
For details about these Action Plan Templates, see Quick Start Asset Reference List.
-
Sample: Core Application
-
Sample: Test Scores
To access the sample flow:
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
Look for Sample: Action Plan Assignments. If you don't see the sample flow, install it.
This sample flow demonstrates one approach to implementing automation for Action Plans. We recommend that you don't edit the sample flows directly and that you leave them inactive. Instead, create a flow and look in the Template tab for the sample flow that you want to start from. You can also open a sample flow and click Save As to create a flow. For more information, see Flows in Salesforce Help.
