Set Up Accounting Sets
Map your financial data to the Accounting Subledger data model using accounting sets, and configure settings for each set to generate transaction journal records. Specify which objects—standard or custom—and fields store your source data and how to generate transaction journal records from it. Accounting sets support from one to four objects, including the Fund Account object. Each accounting set represents a set of financial data, such as revenue from gifts or expenses from fees.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Accounting Subledger license is enabled, and where at least one active user has the Data Pipelines Base User permission assigned.
Who: Only Salesforce admins with the Manage Accounting Subledger permission set can access this feature.
