          Add an Active Service Status

          When you add Status values for Services, set the values as active for enhanced filtering.

          Add an Active Service Status

          Setting statuses as active allows you to filter to see only active Services. Set an existing Status as active or create a custom value and set the value as active.

          1. To create a value, from the object management settings for Services, go to Fields & Relationships.
          2. Create a value in the Status picklist field. Learn more in Add or Edit Picklist Values.
          3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom, and then select Custom Metadata Types.
          4. In the row for Bucketed Value, click Manage Records.
          5. Click New.
          6. Enter a label for the value. The Bucketed Value Name auto-populates.
          7. For Bucket, select Service Status: Active.
          8. For Value, paste the API Name of the new picklist value.
          9. Save your work.
