            To easily see how an Account (for example, a household) is interacting with your Programs, add the Program Engagements, Service Deliveries, and Service Participants related lists to the Account page layout.

          To easily see how an Account (for example, a household) is interacting with your Programs, add the Program Engagements, Service Deliveries, and Service Participants related lists to the Account page layout.

          1. Click Setup gear icon, then click Setup.

          2. Click the Object Manager tab.

          3. In the list of objects, click Account.

          4. Click on your Account layout.

          5. Click Related Lists.

          6. Drag the Program Engagements, Service Deliveries, and Service Participants related lists from the panel to the layout below the Contacts related list.

          7. Click Save.
