          Add fields about templates to page layouts.

          Add Fields to Goal Template and Action Item Template Page Layouts

          If you started using Case Management prior to the Summer '21 release (7/13/21), add these fields to your page layouts.

          Add these fields to your page layouts if you started using Case Management prior to the Summer '21 release (7/13/21):

          Object Fields to Add
          Goal Template
          • Case Plan Action Item Instructions

          • Field Set

          • Required

          Action Item Template
          • Field Set
          Goal Action Item Template
          • Required

          To add fields to page layouts:

          1. In Setup, click the Object Manager tab.

          2. Click Goal Template.

          3. Click Page Layouts.

          4. Click Goal Template Layout.

          5. Drag these fields on to the page layout:

            • Case Plan Action Item Instructions

            • Field Set

            • Required

          6. Click Save.

          7. Repeat these steps for the fields on the other page layouts.
