Work With Program Engagements
Program Engagements track the relationship between Programs and the Clients, Organization Accounts, Household Accounts, or custom objects that engage with them.
For example, a Program Engagement can track a client enrolled in a class, a school receiving curriculum kits, or an animal in a rescue program.
-
Many Program Engagements are Client engagements, but you can also specify volunteers, donors, and service providers using the Role field.
-
The default naming for Program Engagements is
Contact Name Start Date: Program Name. For example,Tom Higgins 2020-07-12: Lunch Program. You can override the default name on a case-by-case basis, or a Salesforce admin can customize record naming for your org. -
Track the progress of Program Engagements using one of these Stages: Applied, Application Denied, Waitlisted, Enrolled, Active, Completed, or Withdrawn. See all waitlisted Program Engagements using the Waitlisted Program Engagements related list on the Program Engagements tab.
