Case Management's architecture takes advantage of many standard Salesforce objects—Accounts, Contacts, and Cases—and includes a number of custom objects such as Case Plans, Client Notes, and Assessments.
Case Management is modular; you can use it with NPSP, and other Salesforce or third-party products.
