          Manage Clients

          Create client records. Search for a client. Manage client information, program engagement, client notes, and assessments in the nonprofit Case Management managed package.

          • Add New Clients
            Quickly add new clients from the Case Management home page using the New Contact button. In the Case Management app, clients are a type of Contact.
          • Search for a Client
            Use client search to find clients by first name, last name, preferred name, client id, or birthdate.
          • Manage Client Information
            Manage Client information from a Contact record.
          • Add Client Program Engagements
            Use Program Engagements to track the relationship between your client and their programs.
          • Take Client Notes
            Client Notes are a flexible way to track client conversations, time spent with them, or your work on their behalf. You can also connect Service Deliveries, and add important files to a Client Note.
          • Manage Assessments
            Use assessments, assessment scores, and charts to track your clients' progress.
