Outbound Referrals
Use Outbound Referrals to track the referrals that you make for clients to other organizations.
After assessing a potential client or working with a client for a while, you may identify needs that your organization isn’t able to fulfill. In these cases, you may want to refer the client to another organization to ensure they get the care they need. When you refer someone to another organization, it’s called an Outbound Referral. Outbound Referrals are record types on the Case object.
