Academic Operations is your central location for creating and maintaining your learning-related objects and the relationships between them. Staff can:

• Use Learning Wizard to create and schedule courses, programs, and customized academic offerings.

• Manage prerequisites, corequisites, and recommendations for enrollment in a course or program.

• Manage learning outcome items and learning foundation items, and associate them with learning achievements.

• Use Learning Program Plan Builder to create, manage, and visualize program plans.

The learning, course, and program entities that you set up in Academic Operations become the foundation for tools in the Recruitment & Admissions and Student Success apps. Curricula, schedule, and program data, for example, are the basis of your course catalog. And the plans that you create in Program Plan Builder flow to Intelligent Degree Planning, which informs the Learner Progress View.
