Add Members or Case Teams to an Advising Case
Add individual members or teams to the success team of an advising case.

| To add members or case teams to an Advising case: | Education Cloud Full Access |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Student Success.
- From the app navigation menu, select Cases.
- Click a case with advising record type.
- On the case record page, click the Advising tab.
- Under Success Team, click Add Member, find and add a case team member, and then save your changes.
- Select a program to associate with the case team or member, and save your changes.
- Click Add Team, find and add predefined case teams, and then save your changes. See Predefine Case Teams.
On the learner portal, on the Program Enrollments tab, the learner can click Schedule Appointment to schedule an appointment with any of the assigned case team members.
