The Admissions and Recruitment Insights dashboard provides directors with an overall summary of the current recruitment and admission pipeline to plan activities and improve the efficiency of recruitment and the admission process.

Here are examples of questions that the Admissions and Recruitment Insights dashboard can answer:
- What’s the total count of applications received?
- What’s the overall status of applications?
- What’s the count of applications in each stage?
- How many applications convert as admissions?
- What is the admission efficiency compared to a previous period?
The dashboard is divided into multiple panes with various charts to analyze the application and recruitment data based on KPIs.

| Application by Status | Displays the count of applications in each status. |
| Total Applications | Displays the total count of applications received for the selected period. |
| Application Reviews by Status | Displays the count of application reviews in each status. |
| Application Decision Outcome | Displays the count of applications based on the finalized decisions. |
| Yield & Admission Efficiency | Displays the efficiency in converting applications to admissions and admissions to enrollment. |
| Response to RFI | Displays the total count of the RFIs and count of RFIs in each status. |
| Leads by Source | Displays the lead sources and the count of applications generated from each source. |
