The Admissions Insights dashboard provides admission officers insights to monitor the overall health of the admissions pipeline and analyze the application distribution based on stages, programs, and academic year to strategize the engagement plan.

Here are examples of questions that the Admissions Insights dashboard can answer:

• What’s the total count of applications received?
• What’s the progress made in the count of applications compared to the previous period?
• What’s the count and status of the application reviews?
• How efficient is the current admission intake compared to the previous period?
• What’s the count of applications stuck in different stages?
• Which are the top application types to prioritize on the admission list?

The dashboard is divided into multiple panes with various charts to analyze the admission efficiency based on different KPIs. You can filter admission data based on:

• Application Type: Filters applications based on the type. For example, the Transfer.
• Application Creation Date: Filters applications based on the date range in which the application is created.
• Compare To: Compare the application data with a previous period to show the progress.

Section	Description
Application by Status	Displays the overall count of applications received, and the count of applications in each status. You can also view the progress in the total application count based on the selected filter.
Reviews by Status	Displays the count of reviews and the count of application reviews in each stage. You can also view the progress in the total application review count based on the selected filter. Click View List to view the complete list of applications.
Admission Efficiency	Displays the admission efficiency that indicates the progress in converting applications to admissions based on the team average. The Yield Efficiency Rate is the percentage of admit decisions that are accepted by applicants. The Admission Efficiency Rate is the percentage of applications that were granted admission.
Incomplete Application	Displays the count of incomplete applications to create the list of applications that need follow-ups. Click View List to view the complete list of applications.
Applications Awaiting Decision	Displays the count of applications that awaits a decision from the admission team to assess if there is any delay in the admission process flow. Click View List to view the complete list of applications.
