          Assign System Permissions to Portal User Permission Sets

          System permissions work with user permissions and audiences to manage portal access.

          Editions Needed
          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
          USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED  
          To assign system permissions to your portal user permission sets: Education Cloud Full Access

          There are three system permissions that you can assign to users based on how you want them to access the portal.

          • Alumni Community Pages: Provides access to the alumni-specific components and pages.

          • Applicant Community Pages: Provides access to the applicant-specific components and pages.

          • Student Community Pages: Provides access to the student-specific components and pages.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
          2. Click on the name of the permission set that you want to apply system permissions to.
          3. Click System Permissions.
          4. Click Edit and enable the appropriate system permissions.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. Similarly, assign the other permission sets that you want to apply system permissions to.
