Create a Success Team with Automatic Resource Assignment
Create a success team that allows automatic assignment of appointment resources.

| To create a success team: | Education Cloud Full Access |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Success Teams.
- Click New, or select a success team and click Edit.
- Enter the name, case record type, and case team.
- Select Automatic or Both as the resource assignment type.
- Provide additional details and save your changes.
