Create and Configure Standard Profiles
Create standard profiles for Education Cloud users based on their roles.

Configure Standard User Profile
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and then select Profiles.
- Click Standard User.
- Click Assigned Apps.
- Click Edit and make Recruitment & Admissions visible. Optionally, you can set Recruitment & Admissions as the default application.
- Save your changes.
- Click Profile Overview.
- Click Object Settings, and then click Accounts.
- Click Edit.
- Under Accounts: Record Types and Page Layout Assignments, select Person Account, Secondary School, and College.
- Save your changes.
Create Admissions Officer Standard User Profile
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and then select Profiles.
- Next to Standard User, click Clone.
- Enter a profile name and save your changes.
- Click Object Settings and make sure that the new profile has access to the desired objects.
- Save your changes.
Create Reviewer Standard User Profile
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and select Profiles.
- Next to Standard User, click Clone.
- Enter a profile name and save your changes.
- Click Object Settings and make sure that the new profile has access to the desired objects.
- Save your changes.
