          Create and Configure Standard Profiles

          Create standard profiles for Education Cloud users based on their roles.

          Editions Needed
          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
          User Permissions Needed  
          To add users to an Education Cloud Experience site: Education Cloud Full Access

          Configure Standard User Profile

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and then select Profiles.
          2. Click Standard User.
          3. Click Assigned Apps.
          4. Click Edit and make Recruitment & Admissions visible. Optionally, you can set Recruitment & Admissions as the default application.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. Click Profile Overview.
          7. Click Object Settings, and then click Accounts.
          8. Click Edit.
          9. Under Accounts: Record Types and Page Layout Assignments, select Person Account, Secondary School, and College.
          10. Save your changes.

          Create Admissions Officer Standard User Profile

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and then select Profiles.
          2. Next to Standard User, click Clone.
          3. Enter a profile name and save your changes.
          4. Click Object Settings and make sure that the new profile has access to the desired objects.
          5. Save your changes.

          Create Reviewer Standard User Profile

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles and select Profiles.
          2. Next to Standard User, click Clone.
          3. Enter a profile name and save your changes.
          4. Click Object Settings and make sure that the new profile has access to the desired objects.
          5. Save your changes.
