Director Insights for Student Success
The Director Insights dashboard provides insights to monitor the activities and efficiency of advisors and improve institutional-level student performance annually. Use the dashboard to analyze the total enrollments in the advisor service, the advisor and student ratio, the overall utilization rate and cancellation rate of advisor appointments, and to identify the top-performing advisors.

The Director Insights dashboard includes the Institutional Overview, Students Success, and Advisor Insights pages. Use the metrics and charts on these pages to get an institutional-level view of advisor activities, performance, and efficiency. You can filter the data based on the academic term and compare the data with a previous period to analyze progress.
Institutional Overview
Here are examples of questions that the Director Insights dashboard - Institutional Overview page can answer:
- What’s the total count of students?
- What’s the count of students who did not need to use the advisor service?
- What’s the advisor and student ratio?
- What’s the count of students enrolled for advisor service and the difference compared to a previous period?
- What’s the average CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of students and the difference compared to a previous period?
- What’s the institution's performance for the past four years based on the count of enrollment, total students, and average CGPA?
Student Success
Here are examples of questions that the Director Insights dashboard - Student Success page can answer:
- What’s the total count of alerts, care plans, and appointments?
- What’s the average resolution time for alerts?
- What’s the distribution of alerts and care plans based on status and case record type?
- What’s the total count of students without any advisor appointments?
- What’s the overall utilization and cancellation rate of appointments?
Advisor Insights
Here are examples of questions that the Director Insights dashboard - Advisor Insights page can answer:
- What’s the total count of students and advisors?
- Who are the top-performing advisors?
- Who are the least-performing advisors?
- What’s the utilization and cancellation rate of each advisor for the selected academic year?
