Flexcards for Inquiry Flows Provide a variety of ways for prospects, applicants, and students to engage with your institution by adding inquiry management flows to your Education Portal. Clone and update the inquiry Flexcards before you add them to your Education Portal. You can customize the display labels and text to suit the purpose of each flow.
Update Records for Opportunity Management Flow Add fields to the Learning Program record for the EDU Cloud: Create Opportunities from an Academic Interest flow. Also make sure that Academic Term records have a close date. The flow references Learning Program and Academic Term records to create an Opportunity record based on an academic interest.
Predict Prospects Conversion with Scoring Framework Use Scoring Framework to get predictions about the likelihood of a prospective learner enrolling into your educational institution. The predictions are based on a prospective learner's current level of engagement with your institution. By knowing which prospective learners are most likely to be interested, the admissions team can focus on those learners and improve your rate of admissions.
