Use the Enroll Admitted Student action on the individual application record page in Education Cloud to enroll an admitted student into a learning program. Automate the enrollment process with Salesforce flows to enroll multiple students. - Course Search and Registration
Course search and registration gives students a simplified way to find and enroll in courses. Students search for courses in a catalog and view details of course sections on a search results page. Students with the right permissions can add courses from the search results directly to a cart. They can review course availability and their own eligibility, and register for courses from the cart. - Enrollment Eligibility
Use educational characteristics to manage enrollment eligibility and communicate eligibility criteria to students during course registration. Registrars define and assign identity-based attributes to students that apply to specific time frames. The registration process evaluates a student's attributes against course requirements to determine their eligibility. - Course Waitlists
Create waitlists to help students register for fully enrolled courses without constantly monitoring course availability. Add waitlists to popular courses. Configure and manage students’ enrollment priority and timing, and use prebuilt flows to send enrollment offers to students on a waitlist. - Holds and Blocks
Holds and Blocks enforce academic policies on the student body. Registrars can place holds on students who don’t meet specific criteria or requirements to block them from the administrative or academic processes. Students can manage and resolve holds in the Action Center to make sure that they comply with institution-specific policies.
