Use Scoring Framework to get predictions about the likelihood of a prospective learner enrolling into your educational institution. The predictions are based on a prospective learner's current level of engagement with your institution. By knowing which prospective learners are most likely to be interested, the admissions team can focus on those learners and improve your rate of admissions.

To get predictions, create a CRM Analytics template configuration in Scoring Framework with Prospect Engagement Score (Education Cloud) as the template configuration type. To define a predefined target variable, select Prospect Engagement Score (Education Cloud).
