The Recruitment Insights dashboard provides recruiters insights into the candidate recruitment pipeline and the status of RFIs to analyze recruitment status, prioritize prospects, and schedule appointments effectively.

Here are examples of questions that the Recruitment Insights dashboard can answer:

• How many candidates are in each stage?
• How many candidates are stuck at which stage?
• How many RFI requests are there in the pipeline?
• Which lead source generated the most number of leads?

The dashboard is divided into multiple panes with various charts to analyze and compare the recruitment data based on different KPIs. You can filter the application data based on:

• Application Type: Filters applications based on the type. For example, the Transfer.
• Application Creation Date: Filters applications based on the date range in which the application is created.
• Compare To: Compare the application data with a previous period to show the progress.

Recruitment Insights Dashboard

Section	Description
My Pipeline Health	Displays the application as a pipeline chart where you can see the count of applications in each stage.
Response to Request for Information (RFI)	Displays the overall count of RFIs and the percentage of RFIs in each status. You can use this chart to track the progress of response to RFIs.
Lead by Source	Displays the count applications received from each source to identify the high performing lead source and align future strategy to maximize reach.
