            Application Form

            Education Cloud provides an Experience Cloud Site template for you to use for your institution. The template includes a customizable application form created with OmniStudio that prospective students can use to apply to your institution.

            Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

            Who: Users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set assigned to them can edit the application form in OmniStudio. Users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud license can access the application form on your Experience Cloud Site.

            How:

            • Create and update profiles and permission so that users can access the application form.
            • Create and update supporting records and settings for users so that they can access the application form on your Experience Cloud Site.
            • Update the default sharing settings for objects so that users can see the application data and documents.
