Learner Portal
Use Experience Builder to brand your learner portal, and add ready-to-use or custom Lightning components, layouts, and themes to provide an enhanced student experience. Students can use the portal to apply to programs, track and manage their applications, raise requests for information, and more. You can use the Education Applicant Portal template, or build one from scratch.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can configure the learner portal. Only users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access permission set can access the portal.
How:
- Create a learner portal.
- Design and implement a security model for your learner portal using a combination of org-wide default sharing settings, permission sets, and sharing sets.
- Assign the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access permission set to learners so that they can access the portal.
- Verify your portal setup.
