Student Success App
The new Student Success app provides a central place for your institution to offer proactive and personalized support to learners for academics, sports, health, financial aid, and so on. Get insights from analytics dashboards, view in-depth learner information using the student snapshot component, monitor learner progress and create alerts, design programs and individualized care plans, and assign and manage success teams. When an advisor or a director opens the app, they see a home page with features curated for their role and license type.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: Enable the Student Success app in Setup. Then, from App Launcher, find and select Student Success.
