Use Education Cloud for Advancement and Alumni Relations
Education Cloud for Advancement and Alumni Relations enables alumni relations team members to keep track of alumni to help them stay engaged and invested in their alma mater. Gain insights from analytics dashboards, and monitor achievements, milestones, interests, and more to ensure that the engagement is meaningful to your institution and alumni. When an alumni relations coordinator or manager opens the app, they arrive on a home page with features curated for their role and license type.
This release is in preview. Features described in this document don't become generally available until the latest general availability date that Salesforce announces for this release. Before then, and where features are noted as beta, pilot, or developer preview, we can't guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only on the basis of generally available products and features. Linked documentation might not include the new features or the links in these release notes might not work yet.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can access the Alumni Relations app.
How: Enable the Alumni Relations app in Setup. Then, from App Launcher, find and select Alumni.
