Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
To set up the policy rules framework: Education Cloud Full Access

Before you begin, make sure that you complete the necessary requirements.

          1. Create and activate a context definition for the process.
          2. To define a policy rule, create an expression set of the applicable usage type, and relate the context definition created in the previous step to the expression set.
          3. Create a record of the object associated with the process, and relate it to the expression set. For example, for the registration timeline eligibility verification process, create an academic term registration timeline record and relate it to the appropriate expression set of the applicable usage type.
          4. Build an auto-launched flow to run the expression set by ID.
          5. Create a batch job to invoke the flow created in the previous step.
          6. If needed, configure Decision Explainer to store and show logs of the batch jobs for audit requirements.
