Create up to 20 custom fields on the Gift Entry object before mapping them.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Fundraising, and under Fundraising Settings, select Gift Entry.
          2. Click Add Source Field.
The Select Source Fields page shows the custom fields available for selection. If there are no custom fields on the Gift Entry object, then this page is empty. If you recently added custom fields, but they aren’t appearing, wait for 15 minutes or log out and log back in to see the mapped fields.
          3. Select the fields that you want to use during gift entry, and click Next.
Make sure the fields you select are not marked as required in the field properties.
The Source Field column in the Field Mapping table shows the selected custom fields.

          7. To see the mapped fields on the Gift Entry setup page, save your work and refresh Salesforce.
The Manage Gift Entries flow adds the mapped fields to the Additional Fields section on the gift entry form.

You can change the field mappings at any time by editing the mappings in the Field Mapping table.

          • Change the destination object and field mapped to the source field.
          • Change the order in which the custom fields appear in the Gift Entry form.
          • Add a new field mapping with the Add Source Field button.
          • Delete a mapping entirely by clicking Delete icon to the right of the mapping.
