Before you set up Gift Acknowledgments, turn on person accounts. Give Salesforce admins the DocGen Designer permission set license and the SalesforceCRM Content User license. Give all users the DocGen User permission set.
f you don’t see the DocGen permission set licenses in your Salesforce org, contact your Salesforce account executive.
