Set Up Gift Acknowledgments and Tax Receipts in Nonprofit

Help your users quickly and easily create gift acknowledgments and tax receipts for donors. You can create these individually or in batches.

Note Enable person accounts before you set up Gift Acknowledgments. Before you set up Gift Acknowledgments, give admins the DocGen Designer permission set license and the SalesforceCRM Content User license. Give all users the DocGen User permission set.

Person accounts were not built to work with Nonprofit Success Pack and therefore, are not supported for use with NPSP. If Person Accounts are not already enabled in your org, don't enable them. Once you turn on Person Accounts in your organization, you can't turn the feature off. See NPSP and Person Accounts in NPSP FAQ.
