Use the Fundraising campaign and outreach source code to see metrics related to campaigns at a glance.
Outreach Summary data rollups are available on the Campaign and Outreach Source Code objects.
The Campaign Summary can be found on the Campaign page in any of the four Fundraising apps. The Outreach Source Code Summary can be found on the Outreach Source Code page in any of the four Fundraising apps. The Campaign and Outreach Source Code summaries update automatically when the components receive data from their related objects. You can change the data shown in the Outreach Summary by editing it in the Lightning App Builder. These summaries include rollups of the following campaign data.
- Campaign Summary or Outreach Source Code Summary
- Rolls up data from Gift Count, Response Rate, and Total Gift Transaction Amount from the Campaign object.
- Donor Counts
- Rolls up data from Donor Count, Onetime Donor Count, and Recurring Donor Count from the Campaign object.
- Gift Averages
- Rolls up data from Average Gift Amount, Average Onetime Gift Amount, and Average Recurring Gift Amount from the Campaign object.
