          Configure Portal for External Reviews

          Prepare Salesforce and your grants portal for external reviewers.

          Add Notification Information for External Reviewers

          Set up notifications to people to review Funding Requests in the grants portal.

          1. Click Setup, then click Setup.
          2. Enter Metadata in the Quick Find box, then click Custom Metadata Types.

          3. Next to Grants Management Settings, click Manage Records.

          4. Edit the GlobalFeaturesSettings.

          5. Enter your Grant Review Portal URL.

          6. Enter your Salesforce Org URL. This is the URL you use to log into Salesforce.

          7. Save your work.

          Update Notification to Reviewer

          Update the email template to reflect your organization's branding and messaging.

          1. From the App Launcher (App Launcher icon), find and select Email Templates.
          2. Select Grants Management: Reviewer Assignment Notification.

          3. Edit the template and update the message content.

            Note
            Note If you're unable to edit the template, review Select Who Can Work in Email Template Builder.
          4. Save your work.

          The Grants Management: Email the Assigned Reviewer (Sample) flow includes the logic for when the email is sent. Modify the flow criteria to fit your organization's needs. Learn more in Create or Modify a Flow.
