Set Custom Field-Level Security

Configure profile access to fields for your educational institution.

If the enhanced profile user interface is enabled, follow these steps.

1. In Setup, find and select Profiles.
2. Click a profile.
3. Click Object Settings.
4. In the All Object Settings section, click the object whose settings you want to change.
5. Click Edit and set the appropriate permissions.
6. Save your changes.

If the Enhanced Profile User Interface isn’t enabled, follow these steps.

1. In Setup, find and select Profiles.
2. Click a profile.
3. Under Custom Field-Level Security, find the setting that you want to update and click View.
4. Click Edit and set the appropriate permissions.
5. Save your changes.
