Within the Nonprofit Cloud sits Nonprofit Cloud for Programs. This collection of features includes versions of Program Management and Case Management, recreated to take advantage of everything the platform has to offer.

Also included are Salesforce tools, such as Life Events, Actionable Relationship Center, Accounting Subledger, and Timeline, that help streamline your business processes. Nonprofit Cloud uses a different way to record people and their relationships: Person Accounts and Party Relationship Groups. Person Accounts let you record people not just as contacts on an account, but as accounts themselves and Party Relationship Groups let you draw connections between individuals, between organizations, or between individuals and organizations. All these things combine to help you eliminate paperwork, streamline processes, and spend more time working with participants to meet your mission.
